The village of Terque is an ideal place to rest and admire the century-old trees of the Plaza and enjoy a moment of reverie in these peaceful villages where time seems to last longer than anywhere else. Situated in the Azahar Valley just 20 minutes from Almería airport and Capital City. This Valley is known for its unique microclimate with mild temperatures all year round with lovely green sights throughout.

Other interesting sights in Almeria include a 3 kilometre long promenade, the beaches of San Miguel, Las Conchas and El Palmeral. An old Moorish castle - the Alcazaba - overlooking the harbour and fishing port.
Only an hour or so away is historic Granada - a haven for culture lovers. Close to Granada the Sierra Nevada mountain range where skiing and every kind of snow sport can be practiced during the winter months.
Golfers wont be disappointed - numerous top flight courses are within easy driving distance including Desert Springs and Vera Golf. A proposed new golf course will be built beside the AZAHAR development.
These days there are plentiful flights from the UK to Almeria Airport - a sure sign of the increase in popularity of this beautiful region.

We are offering completely re-furbished CAVE HOUSES within a small complex on the side of a mountain overlooking the village and valley. The cave houses have been refurbished and preserving the natural area surrounding, with modern interiors and fittings. All the 15 caves will be either 1 or 2 beds with fitted kitchens, bathrooms and large terraces to enjoy the views.
